Comprehensive Speech and Language Assessment with report and recommendations
Cost – 400-650 euro.
Assessment prices are dependent on the age of the child/young person, type of assessment required and whether a pre-school/school visit is required.
Additional Feeding Assessment -€150 – for children with developmental needs that may require a Feeding, eating, drinking and swallowing assessment.
Speech and Language Therapy Session – (Clinic Based) – 90 euro – 50 mins
Speech and Language Therapy Session – (Home Based) – 120 euro + mileage – 50-60mins
Speech and Language Therapy School based sessions – 120 euro + mileage – 50-60 minutes
Speech and Language Therapy Advice Session – (on-line or on phone) with parent/school – 70 euro for 40 minute call.
Please note that if you have private health insurance that you may be able to claim for some of these expenses. Please check with your private health insurance company in relation to same.
In addition, you will be able to claim for some of these expenses from Revenue. Please keep a copy of your receipt for these purposes. You can find out more information on the following website;
